Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

After a hearty breakfast at your accommodation, your driver will greet you and deliver an overview of the exciting 7-day Rwanda Uganda safari. You will leave for the northern section of Rwanda, notably the Musanze district, where Volcanoes National Park awaits. The Park is home to more than 360 mountain gorillas. When you arrive, check into your lodge and enjoy a fantastic lunch. The evening is free for you to unwind and prepare for the adventure ahead. Day 2: Gorilla trekking via Volcanoes National Park

Begin the day with an early breakfast at the lodge before proceeding to the park headquarters for a briefing. The exhilarating gorilla trekking excursion begins as we enter the jungle in quest of these wonderful creatures. The duration of the trek varies depending on where the gorillas are located. Once we locate them, you will have the rare opportunity to spend an hour in their presence. Return to the lodge for a late lunch and leisure. In the evening, go for a communal walk and meet the people in the park. Alternatively, you can relax at your lodge till dinnertime and nighttime.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Trek and Transfer to the Bwindi

Following breakfast, we will proceed to the park headquarters for a golden monkey trekking briefing. You can also climb to the Karisoke Research Centre, which Dian Fossey created. Enjoy your selected activity before crossing into Uganda and visiting Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, which is home to half of the world's remaining mountain gorillas. The lodge serves dinner and provides an overnight stay. Accommodation in Bwindi:Luxury: Chameleon Hill Lodge.Midrange: Ichumbi Safari Lodge Budget: Wagtail. Travel recommendations for Rwanda and Uganda safaris: It is best to obtain an East African Tourist Visa when visiting both countries.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking via Bwindi National Park

After breakfast, visit the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking safety briefing. Enter the forest and begin on an exciting journey to see the majestic gigantic apes. When you find them, you will have one hour to interact with them and watch their behavior. Return to the lodge for lunch, and in the afternoon, take a cultural stroll in the local Batwa community in Uganda, where you will see traditional dances and songs. The lodge serves dinner and provides an overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Breakfast at your lodge, followed by a trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On the route, we'll pass through the Ishasha sector, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions and numerous bird species like shoebills and kingfishers. Check in at the resort for lunch, followed by an exciting boat tour on the Kazinga Channel to see crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and various bird species up close. Day 6: Chimpanzee trek and game drive

After breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning a primate search in the Kyambura Gorge. You will have the opportunity to interact with chimps for one hour. Return to the lodge for lunch, and in the evening, have a wildlife drive across the Kasenyi plains to see elephants, antelopes, zebras, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. Retire to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay

Day 7: Transfer back to Kigali

After breakfast, continue your journey to Kigali, stopping for shopping and admiring the wonderful scenery along the way. As we wrap out our 7-day Rwanda Uganda Safari, we will take a Kigali city tour, visiting sights such as the museum, genocide memorial center, and local markets. End of safari Tour Includes;
